Shipping, Returns & Refunds

All orders sent by Nature’s Food World Online Store have a unique tracking number. This will be sent to you at the time of dispatch, to the email address you have listed with us.

We endeavour to send your goods on the day of purchase. You will receive them, depending on where you are, to have the goods to you in 3 working days

If for any reason the goods are not what you ordered, packaging damage that has lead to the quality of the product being affected, not the right quantity, please contact us on Freecall Australia 1300 823 701 or email us at enquires@naturesfoodworld.com.au, to notify us of the problem.

 

REFUNDS

We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won’t get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, the goods arrive damaged or you are dissatisfied with the quality, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Goods that are unopened and have made contact with us within 7 days of purchase with invoice, we will happily refund your money or replace the item/s. Otherwise you will waive any right to reject them.

If you are to receive a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-10 days.
